President

mrci (formerly known as Michael Romano Construction Incorporated) is a General Building Contractor. Our beginnings started as an electrical contractor in 1991, offering electrical services to both private and government clients located primarily throughout California. Zeta Williams and Michael Romano, both as principals joined together to form the company. mrci expanded to provide general construction services in 1993. In 1999, mrci was approved by the SBA to participate in the section 8(a) program. During its nine year tenure within the 8(a) program, mrci's growth and reputation within the construction industry increased greatly. Graduating from the 8(a) program in May of 2008, mrci has continued to positively impact the construction industry. In 2005, Zeta Williams became the sole owner of mrci, which was certified 100% woman-owned in 2007.

Due to increased growth and a strong reputation for excellence, mrci added secondary offices in Tucson, Arizona and Albuquerque, New Mexico. Adding to its area of expertise, MRCI moved into the construction

field of medical renovations, renewal and repairs. Completing over 5 million dollars in contracts for the Albuquerque VA Healthcare System in the last three years, mrci's reputation has drawn the attention of several key companies in the arena of medical equipment, system integration and smart building design. Gaining outstanding recognition for performance and excellence, mrci has been able to commit to its allegiance an impressive array of subcontractors. It is the goal and ambition of mrci and its team members to continue expanding this reputation in the medical facility construction industry to nation-wide in scope and recognition. It has been said that all contractors cement foundations, but not all contractors cement relationships. It is in lasting relationships, not foundations that mrci finds its value.

mrci is a certified HUBZone concern, Small Disadvantaged Business, Woman-owned Business and California certified Small Business. mrci holds a California Class B, General Contracting license, C-10 Electrical and C-13 fencing license.
